Meet Sable ...

Meet Sable ... my new *love* ...
And love it is - at first sight!!

She's a 2002 Mercury Sable,
less than 80,000 miles.
Lots of extras.
And mine!!

Now to figure *her* out!
She's got almost all of the bells and buzzers,
things I've never had in a vehicle before.
Things I'm still trying to figure out.

Best of all, everything works!!
It'll be nice to know how much gas *she* has in her belly.
She has no dents or bruises,
And she's a little sassy, too.

Oy ... frustrated!!

Ok, so something other than 360 has me very frustrated right now. My car.

Last week a water hose broke. The car was stranded some 20 miles away until we could get it worked on. The mechanic called and said I needed a new water pump. Finally got it fixed and we were able to pick it up today.

Had a Starfleet meeting, so after picking the car up Alien and I went to the meeting.

On the way home the car started acting funny. Overheating. Sheesh ... just had the heater core worked on a few weeks ago, now what??

Found a hose that's broken. Don't know what it is or where it leads, but I know a broken hose when I see one.

I had my car back for a total of three hours. It now sits in a parking lot, waiting once again to be rescued.

Luckily Single Son wasn't too far behind me on the road that I couldn't call him on the cell phone and say "Help". We did get a ride home from him, thankfully.

Remind me why I love that car so much?? I'm not remembering right about now.
