Ok, so something other than 360 has me very frustrated right now. My car.
Last week a water hose broke. The car was stranded some 20 miles away until we could get it worked on. The mechanic called and said I needed a new water pump. Finally got it fixed and we were able to pick it up today.
Had a Starfleet meeting, so after picking the car up Alien and I went to the meeting.
On the way home the car started acting funny. Overheating. Sheesh ... just had the heater core worked on a few weeks ago, now what??
Found a hose that's broken. Don't know what it is or where it leads, but I know a broken hose when I see one.
I had my car back for a total of three hours. It now sits in a parking lot, waiting once again to be rescued.
Luckily Single Son wasn't too far behind me on the road that I couldn't call him on the cell phone and say "Help". We did get a ride home from him, thankfully.
Remind me why I love that car so much?? I'm not remembering right about now.
That was lucky on both counts that you had Alien and Harley with you and you werent alone and taht your son wasnt far behind to rescue you!! Hugs.
ReplyDeleteI've had a few cars like that in my past...but, I didn't mind getting rid of them. The only car that I've missed soooooo badly was my Del Sol that I just sold a few months ago...she was my baby *pouts*...I know how it is to be without transportation though...I haven't driven a car since we sold my baby...my mom and gramma drive me around (my gramma gives me a panic attack everytime...she needs to give up her driving privelages...SERIOUSLY...she's gonna kill herself or someone else...the other day she ran 2 stop signs and nearly sideswiped someone while I was with her). I hope you can get your ride fixed soon...MWAH!
