Ingredients: Hot peppers, tomato paste, hot pepper extract, salt, onions, cane vinegar, garlic, citric acid, xanthan gum, spices.
They ain't kiddin' either!! Just a smidge of a sample taste left my tongue numb for almost an hour! Never use more than two drops in any recipe - yes, this stuff is *that* HOT!

had some hot sauce once...not sure what it was...but as much as i like hot, i'm glad i listened when they said just a tooth-pick-tip sample--turned my mouth instantly numb and i drooled on myself!
